Very helpful stuff! Will give any info and advices you need. Nice and friendly atmosphere, clean store, big assortment of motorcycles and accessories! As a person who ride a motorcycle last time 15 years ago, I felt so comfortable and was not afraid to ask any silly questions! Highly recommend this place!
Awsome staff helpfull staff. Just a awsome experience to buy a bike from here. They are very helpful. And they go above and beyond to help and satisfy the customers and there needs. I will only buy and deal with this bike store for all me biking needs. If only all businesses and staff could be like this store. I brought a tire in for repair. Problem: I forgot my wallet! I won't give away trade secrets, but Vince (owner) used an old school customer service technique that saved me travel and time, while getting them paid fair and square. During my SHORT wait, friendly sales men educated me about trailer racks and Trek fitness and commuter bikes.
I live 42 miles away, but my bike is past the 20 yr mark. 7 Mile Cycles is where I'll start, when it's time for a new pair of wheels this summer or next.
I have been a coming here for about four years now. I race Cyclocross and this is where I’ve been taking my bike for everything I need. Really helpful staff, awesome Mechanics and Vince will always help you with anything you need. The best thing about the shop they have everything for a first time buyer to someone like me where cycling is life:) Did I mention this place is 45 minutes away from my house? Well worth the drive.

Not willing to price match with Trek Downers Grove over $20? Told me to call them bc their rep couldnt find the listing I showed him from on my phone -like I faked a website listing or something. Not sure the reasoning behind it but year/model are apples to apples from Downers Grove, a brick and mortar store as requested for the price match guarantee. Our interaction was calm. Wasn't worth a squabble over it all. I called Downers Grove. They have two units in stock for the price I showed him on my phone! Go figure. Out of principal, no longer buying from 7 Mile.
