Staff was friendly. Car was good on fuel and ran good. We drive a semi truck all over the country and just needed a car to drive locally. We did not expect a hidden charge of $13.99 because the car wasn't driven more than 75 miles. Absolutely absurd charge. We will take a note of that if we rent a car again as this information was not told.
We found it easy to find the car & the staff were willing to help us as it was our first time we had hired a car.
Everything was clear and no extra unexpected case happens.
This location is a short distance (and inexpensive Uber ride) from O'Hare Airport, but does not impose the ridiculous fees and taxes of the on-airport rental locations. The cost was less than half of what the others quoted! The office isn't open 24/7, but their hours fit my schedule just fine. The staff was friendly and helpful, one small snafu with their printer (fixed quickly), and the car was new, clean and comfortable. Drop-off was simple and very quick, again with a friendly and helpful staff.
