No one there knows what they're doing and only seem to be proficient in transferring you to someone else. I was trying to pay a late bill to get my dad an appt and no one could take my money because no one could locate the source of the bill despite the patients name, dob, and an invoice/account number. After two months of this I finally got my dad the appt with Dr DeLosSantos who spent a total of 15 minutes with him, half of that was him taking a personal call, I know because I was in the room. He tells me to call a guy to set up at home appts with a psych Doctor, the agency instead sends a physical therapist and a nurse who never shows up for our appointments. Finally as I try to refill one of the psych meds I'm told it was denied because the dr wants to see him. I call to make the appt and am told that he can't see my dad until November! I'm told he's booked and that I should've called sooner!! It's April! Then I'm told his nurse Patricia can see him and someone will call me back because the have to coordinate with her. Surprise, surprise, no one calls me back. Keep in mind everyone I've spoken to I've explained that his meds have run out. I finally get an appt set up today for two weeks from now. However I'm still waiting for a call back about the meds as I explained to them that not only does he need a refill but a pharmacy transfer because his add on part D prescription plan doubled the premium and the deductable- we can no longer afford the out of pocket cost at the current pharmacy. Not to mention back in December when I requested an official jury dismissal letter for my dad: I gave them a months notice and the dr didn't have the form ready for pick up until TWO days before it was due. So I spent $20+ to overnight the form to the city but I sure as hell cant bill the dr for that. I've never experienced such a blatant disregard for a patient by a medical STAFF like this before. While waiting in the office, which was incredibly hard to find and down the longest hallway there is for my father who has a walker, two woman that work at this office come in talking about an issue that wasn't resolved and here I am being able to hear everything, because the glass is open and the ladies do not care about privacy obviously. One person would say, "well Anna didn't get the message you need to email her." The other lady would try to explain and it wouldn't matter cause the other woman would cut her off and be condescending and rude. It was extremely awkward and a conversation no one should have heard. This place either needs new employees or a better work ethic.
