I have never seen a more incompetent post office. If our regular postman is not delivering mail, we are lucky if we get it at all. We have had a couple days of no mail now in the last 2 weeks. This happens frequently. One time the postman even delivered our mail along with a couple different neighbors' mail to one down the street. They told the postman that a lot of the mail wasn't theirs and belonged to the neighbors, he said no, its yours (with an attitude) and walked out and left them to deal with it. Luckily they were nice enough to deliver all the mail. When I visit this post office, they are extremely slow, no sense of urgency when there is a long line, other workers walk past and no one comes to assist the one person working when there are 10 people in line. And definitely don't bother calling them. They never answer the phone.
Awful and rude customer service, inside and on the phone. Please replace these employees with qualified staff. Please.

They returned a package to sender without leaving a note in my mailbox, because I did not have my name listed by the building door... and lied that it was not listen on the mail box either... I've lived at my current address for 2 years now, got all my mail right (and many other's people mail), and all of a sudden one day there is a "problem with address"... I will file a complaint and take it as far as I can, lousy dishonest service
