I'm giving Dr Flarity 3 stars because he is a great vet but in a pinch I had an issue that my dog's head was swollen due to a reaction and couldn't get her in right away. Not serious enough to for an emergency room visit but needed to be looked at right away. I had to switch vets today to get her an appointment. I took her to a place near me and was in the room with a vet in 10 minutes. Flarity's office said 5pm or take her to the emergency room. I have been calling since 9 am for a quicker appointment with not to much luck. Great vet but being available in a pinch means more to me.
Caring vet, budget prices. Would return without hesitation.
Been using this vet for a while. doctor is nice however can't say much for his staff. You leave a message and they never call you back. I called and left a message asking them to move up my appinynment. Never called back. Left 2 additional messages and no call back. Called today and they cancelled my appointment and would not accommodate me. Unreal. Will never go back
